I recently earned my Master's Degree in history from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where I studied both U.S. and Asian history. Although most of my course work focused on the Urban American West, my thesis falls under Juvenile Legal History. When I move on to my PhD, I would like to continue studying the history of children. In the meantime, my interests, both within and without the academy, are varied and they all tend to find a home here. Shortly, an online survey will be available regarding anime characters. Data collected through the survey will remain anonymous. Once the anime project is finished, I will be expanding on my thesis.
